The well-known phrase "to wear one's heart on one's sleeve" was first coined by William Shakespeare (Othello, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Volume 2). It is, of course, nonsense, as to wear your heart on your sleeve would mean instant and bloody death. But when Derek Landy coined the phrase "to pin one's poster to one's wall", nobody really paid attention. Which is the real tragedy here.

These posters are drawn by Matt Taylor, and Matt Taylor would probably agree with Derek Landy if he were asked. But he wasn't.
